Privacy Notice
Last updated: 26 October 2026
Who is responsible for your data
Béatrice Madeleine PIQUIONNE, trading as Maison Nomade and operating in Mexico, is responsible for the personal data described in this notice.
Privacy contact: bea@themaisonnomade.com. Person or department handling privacy requests: Béatrice Madeleine PIQUIONNE.
Scope and information collected
This notice covers website enquiries, the client profile, Travel, Residences, Events and Private Lifestyle briefs, and correspondence connected with those requests. Where a later stage requires additional information for bookings, contracts, invoicing or another purpose, we will provide any necessary additional privacy information before collecting it.
Depending on the form and your project, we collect:
- Your name and email address; a telephone number if you provide it.
- The Maison Nomade area or areas you select and your project description.
- Details you choose to share about your project, such as destinations, dates, accompanying travellers, property preferences, event requirements, budgets or coordination needs. The information requested depends on the form and the project.
- Correspondence and the status of your enquiry.
- Your preferred contact method, preferred language and any optional communication choices you make.
- Images, moodboards or documents you choose to upload where a form offers that option. Please remove unrelated personal information from uploaded files.
Please describe practical arrangements without including diagnoses, medical documents or other sensitive personal information. Do not upload passports, identity documents or payment-card details to these forms. Where you provide information about accompanying adults or children, share only what is necessary for the request and make sure you are entitled to provide it. Avoid identifying children unnecessarily. If a sensitive detail is necessary for a proposed service, contact us first to discuss what is needed and an appropriate way to provide it.
Why we use your information
Our primary purposes are to receive, review and respond to enquiries; understand preferences, timing, budgets and the support requested; prepare and discuss proposals; communicate about a requested project; maintain the records needed for that work; and address privacy requests and applicable legal requirements. Choosing an area of interest or a preferred language does not itself establish a service agreement or authorise promotional messages.
Consent and control over use
You can request that promotional communications stop, withdraw consent or ask to limit use or disclosure by writing to bea@themaisonnomade.com. Withdrawal does not reverse earlier lawful processing. We will explain any effect on an ongoing request and any records that must still be kept.
Submitting an enquiry or brief is not an instruction to subscribe to a newsletter. If optional promotional updates are offered, the subscription choice is separate. Declining promotional messages does not prevent an enquiry.
Providers and sharing
The website uses Webflow for hosting and page functionality and Fillout for the embedded Private Enquiry form. Providers supporting the handling of a request may process information for hosting, form operation, communications and record management.
Webflow supports website hosting and technical delivery. Fillout receives the answers submitted through the embedded enquiry form.
Independent hotels, property representatives, event partners and other service suppliers may need specific information to assess or deliver a project. Please discuss the proposed recipient, purpose and information needed before asking us to share details with a partner. A general enquiry or privacy acknowledgement does not by itself authorise every later disclosure or promotional use.
Some processing may take place outside Mexico or your country. You can contact bea@themaisonnomade.com to ask about the providers and processing arrangements relevant to your request.
Retention
Retention depends on whether an enquiry is active, whether it becomes an engagement, the purposes for which information was collected, and any contractual, accounting, legal or dispute-related requirements. Information should not remain in active use after it is no longer needed for the relevant purpose. You can contact bea@themaisonnomade.com to ask about the retention criteria applicable to your record or to request cancellation.
Security
Please share only the information needed for your request and keep sensitive documents out of an initial message. No online transmission or storage method is entirely risk-free.
Your rights and requests
Under applicable Mexican law, you may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO) concerning your personal data. You may also request withdrawal of consent or limits on use/disclosure.
Send your request to bea@themaisonnomade.com, with your name, a way to receive our reply, the right you wish to exercise and enough information to locate the relevant record. For rectification, describe the correction and supporting information. We will explain the identity/representation evidence needed and the secure method to provide it; please do not attach identity documents to the public enquiry form.
For Mexican ARCO requests, we communicate the decision within 20 business days after receiving the request and, where granted, implement it within the following 15 business days, subject to legally permitted extensions and applicable procedures. Access may be supplied electronically following identity verification. Other applicable rights and time limits will be respected where relevant.
If you believe your request has not been appropriately addressed, you may contact the competent data protection authority, including Mexico's Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno where applicable.

Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. If a new use requires additional information or consent, we will address that before the relevant processing begins.
